E16 From competitive Basketball in Cyprus to Strategy Consulting in London

Michael joined the Cypriot army at the age of 18 after High School. Following his service, he moved to the UK and completed a BSc in Business Management from the University of Kent with an Athletic Scholarship for Basketball. Upon spending a year in industry in Norway, he developed an interest in both Strategy and the Energy industry. This led to him to pursue an MSc in Economics & Strategy at Imperial College Business School. Today, Michael works in Strategy Consulting in Energy & Commodities at Accenture.
